Full Spectrum Performance Management

What gets measured counts and is therefore valued. When rewards are part of the process as in the performance management system, then what gets measured or evaluated truly counts. When values and their corresponding behaviors are appraised and rewards are aligned with the values, then the culture is reinforced. Further, when the values-based behaviors are targeted for development and become part of the management/leadership development process, then there is increased potential for building and sustaining a values-driven culture.
Full spectrum performance management means that behavior based upon the new or revitalized full spectrum values are systematically appraised and development plans are prepared with the end in mind for developing full spectrum leaders.
